Service Description
Our best-value package combines both our basic exterior and interior services. Outside, we start with a foam pre-rinse and hand wash using the two-bucket method to help reduce swirls. Wheels, tires, and rims are cleaned and dressed, and we finish with a glossy, water-repellent sealant to protect your paint between washes. Inside, we vacuum seats, carpets, and floor mats, then wipe down high-touch areas like the dash, doors, vents, and cupholders using safe, professional-grade products. Light stain removal included for deeper stains, see our shampoo add-on.
Cancellation Policy
Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms: Appointment Location & Setup Our detailing services are mobile, but we do require: A driveway or private space where we can safely park and work Access to a standard electrical outlet Access to a water hookup suitable for use with a pressure washer (most garden hoses are suitable) If these are not available, we will not not be able to complete the service. Vehicle Condition & Add-On Services We believe in keeping things honest and upfront. While all our detailing packages are designed to cover the majority of vehicles, we also offer optional add-on services for situations that require extra time or specialized tools. These may include: Excessive pet hair removal Heavy or set-in stains Unusual dirt buildup or neglected surfaces Cluttered interiors or the need to move personal belongings If any of these apply, we’ll always let you know beforehand and explain any additional charges clearly. We never add surprise fees—only approved add-ons based on your vehicle’s specific needs. Please do your best to provide accurate descriptions of your vehicle condition if needed. Weather Policy As a mobile service, we’re directly affected by weather conditions. Severe weather can make it unsafe or impractical to complete your service, we’ll reach out to reschedule at no cost to you. Cancellations & Rescheduling We get it, life happens. There are no fees for cancellations or rescheduling. That said, please understand that we’re a small business, balancing multiple jobs and scheduled clients. Your appointment time is valuable, and we kindly ask that you: Give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule Communicate any changes or delays as early as you can We appreciate your honesty and trust as it helps us stay organized and continue providing quality service.
